Cancellation policy

Siemens Process Systems Engineering reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course should circumstances beyond our control dictate, in which case maximum notice will be given to attendees.

Participants may cancel their registration free of charge if this is done at least three weeks in advance. If cancelled less than three weeks prior to the course, the course fee will be invoiced and a credit certificate will be issued. This certificate is redeemable as a registration fee for the same course in the following six months.
